I am Sachin. I purchased Dr. Gene Accusure Blood Glucose Monitor System from Zotezo. My order id no is 100040314 dated 02.11.2016. I ordered this product from zotezo because of the good price offer. I have already received this Blood Gl. Monitor. The screen of this meter is damaged and I have called the customer care team for the replacement. After delivery, now many days have already gone. Still I am waiting for the replacement. They are just assuring me and not making any replacement. Please help me.
