I am a first time user of Volkswagen car. Sorry to say it has been a huge disappointment the first time around. I have purchased a Vento1.6 MPI MT comfortline. No UP 16AF 2786 in Sept 2016. It had just run for 17000 km. Two annual services were done in your authorized center in Noida . Since I have this car it has done multiple rounds to Viraj DistributorsPvt Ltd…every time for the same complaint.
While shift the gear, there is a huge jerk, the car does not accelerate and the engine light come on. Your authorized centre has repaired it and now they say that the Throttle body has to be changed that shall amount to Rs 35000/=. For a car of this reputation that has hardly been used, this comes as a rude shock. Needless to say I shall not hesitate to share this opinion and experience. I had called up the customer care previously and since then waiting for them to get back to me, even after about a month.
I hope the company can look into the matter
