Complaint Details:
My entire balances are getting eaten up by some access fee. I just recharged Rs.49 again just to survive the day but to my shock immediately Vodaphone has consumed every paisa of it. Towards GST of 7.47, Access fee of 36.63 and new balance is 0.
Now what is the solution for this endless consumption of my balance.
Kindly refund the money recharged by me for the past 3 times in 20 days.
