I am a resident of chennai and i am using postpaid connection. I don’t know how they are calculating the bills, i was on a vacation and didn’t even use the mobile for month and i got a bill amount of nearly 4000. When i asked the customer care, dint get a proper response and they debarred my account telling that i didn’t pay the cash. Why should i pay something which i didn’t use? I got a very bad experience from vodafone customer care executive also and i had to pay it. Now i just changed my connection and using both airtel and bsnl. Very much satisfied with their services. I totally fed up with vodafone and i suggest you to not go for it.
