Complaint Details:
I have applied for name change in my Pan card on Oct 3. Made payment through online and I received SMS saying they received my courier on Oct 9. Later they asked for few supporting documents which I sent them through email. From time to time I left emails regarding the status of my card for which there is no reply from them. I only receive automated emails from them. There is no contact number to contact.
