Good evening
I’m rajini Srikanth from Hyderabad, I had purchased Samsung Galaxy j5prime from big C showroom at mahabubnagar in the month of November 2016 and I insured my mobile at that time, but your agent hasn’t uploaded my details and he dint provided me policy no. In the mean while my mobile and I met with an accident in this series my Mobile has damaged and I had taken estimation letter from authorised service center. I attached all these details and courier to your office which is at raghava ratna towers, chirag gali lane in Hyderabad, but up to now there is no response from you people already ten days are passed away.
