Scam or fraud: Union Bank Of India — No responce

Complaint Details:
I want too open an account applied online for the same.
After that i submitted all the details to mira-bhayandar branch, (Thane-401107) on 2/11/16.
Today when i visited they told me that the branch is different where i have to submit the document.
While submitting documents also they did not inform not even after a month till i visit.
This is very poor response from the bank which is not acceptable from union bank.
Even i came to know that the branch manager asked staff for not call again as first time when they call i was in a meeting and could not attend.
