Complaint Details:
I took a ride on 12th Sept for which I had used my mastercard as payment method. Next day when I was trying to request for a ride, it asked me to pay the outstanding amount which I had paid using my mastercard post which as well it did not allow me to request a ride and kept prompting me to pay. When I dropped an email on the same through help section, I was told that on 7th March, I took a ride for which the paytm payment was failed. I then shared the Paytm screenshot, for which they said that the Mastercard payment was failed, however the amount got deducted from my account and have not received any refund then why is that I am being asked to pay again and again, and the useless Uber support has now stopped responding, seriously horrible
