Complaint Details:
I had booked an uber pool car for rs 40. firstly the car came 15 minutes late.
And i was not allowed to cancel the trip as he was 4 minutes away from my stop.
Second he charged rs140 for the trip which was support to be only rs40, claiming that the other passenger didn’t come.
The cost for an individual uber car for that trip is only 80, so even is the other passenger didn’t come how can i be held responsible for it. i have been cheated and made to pay rs 100 more than what i was told .
