Complaint Details:
I have purchased innova crysta on 22 nov 2016 from the above dealer. I have sent my vehicle on 23rd sep for genral service and a tyre bubbling complaint above 100/kmph speed. 3 hrs after submitting the vehicle i got call from engineer that your cars disc brake has to be changed. I said its driven only 24770 km and 10 months to purchase this should be under warranty. After some time they called again and said that it’s a tyre problem you need to check with tyre company. When i received my vehicle some disc turning charges(out side labour) of rs 1365 + gst was charged in my bill (bill no-taxe7-22209).
My submission is when the disc was under warranty then why they have repaired it rather change it. Kindly check and revert.
