Scam or fraud: Tata Docomo — Internet broadband – booster pack not activated

Complaint Details:
I had requested for a 30GB booster pack, complaint # 558544509 and 558574453. However, it’s been 24 hours and the pack has not been activated. I have got terrible service from your employees especially Nagesh who had initially disconnected the call and then later was absolutely rude with me. If you listen to your call recordings you will know the kind of service he has offered me. I m searching already for a new service provider so tht I don’t have to deal with such rude and unhelpful people. I need this issue to be resolved immediately as the speed is 512kbps and it is not helping me as I work from home and it has affected my work here.

Please look into this on an urgent basis.
