i booked ticket details below,

from punalur to chennai cmbt
bus id no E-4512
OB ref no OB7880546, BANK txn no HAXG4942513205
i boarded the bus from punalur and travelled up to rajapalayam
after that the bus was cancelled and the conducter refunded the manual
tickets in my case not possible,
kindly look in to this matter and the fare refund at the earliest,
