I paid Rs.2506/- on 05.08.2017 towards the above consumer account. I checked with the bank and they’ve debited my credit card account since they received valid debit advice from TNEB. This amount is yet to get reflected in TNEB’s records towards my consumer number. I paid this bill amount again on 16.08.2017 along with late payment fee (Rs.2585/-). I request you check and arrange for the return of Rs.2506/- to my credit card account.
Bank’s credit card statement, the reply that I received from the bank and TNEB eReceipt archive are enclosed herewith for your reference.
