I called Rajouri showroom no. To identify Mayapuri service centre contact person. I got Mr. MAYANK no’s and from their Ms. SONIA no’s. I shared my celerio 1967 details for pick and drop and clearly told about balancing/alignment coupon and 500 off on labor coupons which was accepted to her as insurance was provided by T.R.Sawhney Shalini (another complaint registered for polish commitment). I told her that I received offer of free engine oil worth Rs. 1400 from DD and free car petrol worth Rs. 300 from Rana mtra as offer, so asked for some discount, she denied for engine oil but said 10% extra discount could be offered to me on paid labour charges. So I agreed and mentioned my address for pick up.
Next morning pick up boy came up and took the vehicle. Later after reaching service centre they called me about details of charges which would occur and said either one out of balancing/alignment or 500 off coupons could be offered at one time. So I discussed that it was never told previous day and also while discussing about 10% labour discount they denied which was committed earlier and informed to me to confirm whether to perform servicing or return back the car. Very unhuman behaviour in realized and later they said you can avail free coupons benefits only.
I said yes but somehow next time its No from my side for T.R. for insurance and servicing.
One more point I checked with delivery boy after delivery that one sticker was missing from front glass over phone, he said it might be previous service sticker or else, BUT HEARD THAT SOMEONE FROM BEHIND USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WHY THE HELL U R EATING HEAD…IN RETURN I ASKED DELIVERY BOY TO WHICH HE REPLIED HE IS SAYING TO SOMEONE ELSE NOT YOU, VERY UNUSUAL AS THEY SHOULD MAINTAIN DISTANCE FROM SUCH PEOPLE WHILE SPEAKING WITH CLIENT.
