Complaint Details:
I had placed order for 4 pairs of footwear on 17th November and had done the prepayment. I tried to contact them multiple times on their customer care number 09211907907 but either it comes switched off or busy.
They responded to my first email which I sent on Dec 12 asking about the status of my order and they replied they are facing delay due to cash crunch (please note I had already done the prepayment and still received this reason).
And asked me to have some patience and the order will be dispatched 18th-21st December.
Upon not seeing any change in the status I again emailed them on 21st and haven’t received any response from them yet.
Please forward this complaint to the SSS team if possible as they are not reachable.
