Complaint Details:
I had placed order for 1 pair of footwear on 21st December and had done the prepayment. I tried to contact them multiple times on their customer care number 09211907907 but either it comes switched off or busy.
They responded to my first email which I sent on Dec 26 asking about the status of my order and they replied they are facing delay due to cash crunch (please note I had already done the prepayment and still received this reason).
And asked me to have some patience and the order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Upon not seeing any change in the status I again emailed..
