Complaint Details:
I bought my phone sony xperia m4 aqua on 9/12/2015 srinagar Kashmir . On 7/12/2016 i went to service centre regarding the phone ringer issue.They did the software repair and returned my phone. On 8/12/2016 i again went there for the same complaint, they said they will replace the set and provided me the job sheet.
On 20/12/2016, they called me and asked me that my set has been replaced and i can come to receive my handset.
I went there and received the set, they assured me that if you face any other problem you can come because it still has 90 days warranty.
It worked well for 12 hours and then i again faced the same problem.
I had to leave on 21/12/2016 for bhopal.
I showed it to the service care on 26/12/2016, they said it is out of warranty. They charged me 115 RS for software repair, but it still has same issues plus it is autorestarting now.
Kindly look into the matter.
They have not replaced the set, they have only changed the motherboard because of which the imei no. Has changed, they have cheated actually
What i am supposed to do now??
