Complaint Details:
I have ordered 2 nos. Of pillsbury milk choco spread 180 gm pack of 2 but, i got delivery of only 1 no. But, both the items were shown as delivered at snapdeal account. Immediately i tried to report and tried calling the customer care but, i could not reach them as the options were not allowing to speak to any of the customer care executives. I then cancelled 1 of the items. None of them reached out to me till 20th nov’16. I got a call from the cancellation department and i explained them, they said they will inform the customer care team and escalate the matter. They assisted me to reach the customer care team and i explained them on the happening, they said they would accept that they will take up this issue and try resolving it. Later today on 25th nov’16 i got a call from customer care team and they say they can’t process the request.
Request you to look into this and resolve.
