Complaint Details:
I have ordered 2 Nos. of Pillsbury Milk Choco Spread 180 gm Pack of 2 but, I got delivery of only 1 No. but, both the items were shown as Delivered at snapdeal account. Immediately I tried to report and tried calling the customer care but, I could not reach them as the options were not allowing to speak to any of the customer care executives. I then cancelled 1 of the items. None of them reached out to me till 20th Nov’16. I got a call from the cancellation department and I explained them, they said they will inform the Customer Care team and escalate the matter. They assisted me to reach the Customer Care Team and I explained them on the happening, they said they would accept that they will take up this issue and try resolving it. Later today on 25th Nov’16 I got a call from Customer Care Team and they say they can’t process the request.
Request you to look into this and resolve.
