Complaint Details:
I purchased Bajaj water heater on 12th nov 2017 from sathya agencies plot 42, 1st mainroad, ram nagar, peravallur, kolathur- ch-82, it was a damage product water drops out after install from Bajaj person, I complaint to bajaj – they honestly given sticker to replace, but I went to Sathya where i purchased – I wait hardly 15 minutes infront of manager – no response even no customer at that time – I met on 2dec 2017 – they promised will get the new one on 3rd I am follow up till date – i got worst response – I haven’t get my product till now. they just pass my bill here and there. Bajaj given approval to collect new but Sathya not ready to deliver.
