Respected sir/madam,
I gave my samsung galaxy s3 phone for repair ( power button not working ) on 16/12/2016. The service centre people sent me a message on 24/12/2016, saying phone is ready to be collected . When i went there, i got my phone . To my suprise they had flashed my phone data without my permission resulting in loss of my personal and important messages and photos . When i asked them, they did not reply properly . And further they said the phone requires more work to be done . They did not explain me properly and sent me out, asking me to come when they call again . I am very sad and extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staffs there . Samsung should take this issue into consideration and teach those staffs some manners . I have uploaded the service centre bill . Service centre bill number is 4227411064.
