Complaint Details:
I had C9 PRO on 30th June 2017 and since then had been facing sound problem. Volume, Notification, System etc indicators showing full but sound goes dead it comes back only when switch off and on the handset to get back sound.
I had made one complain in the 2nd week of August 2017 and got the call from Mr Pradeep and Ms Rekha asking me about the problem, than I went to your service centre on 21st of August 2017 in order get it corected. But just after two days the same problem came up I again marked 2 email to Ms Rekha asking for immediate action and also called her today 29th August 2017 but probably she was not in office called up Mr Pradeep but could not get through the network.
Kindly resolve it and get me a replacement ASAP.
