Respected Sir/Madam,
I had an issue with my display of Samsung SM-J730F phone which bought for 22000 INR from Saudi Arabia. It says warranty is international and i cant claim it from India. Then i payed 4645 INR to change a new display from Samsung authorised service center (Parayancheri, Calicut, Kerala) on November 3, 2018. They gave me poor display and today my display is flickering. Please note that the handset didnt fall down or any thing damged. I went there again today and asked for the value for my Four Thousand Six Hundred and Fourty Five rupee. But they told they cant resolve my issue if i didnt pay that much money once again because i had bought it from outside India.
Please note that the issue came again within 1 month and the company is not taking the issue of consumers seriously. Also i changed the display from India and not resolving the issue inside India itself.
Please ensure me justice. I feel they sounds like they are questioning honorable Indian judicial.
I just want the service center to resolve the issue at no cost as the issue came after 26 days
