Complaint Details:
I have purchased a new Samsung j7prime and the phone is having display problem the second day of purchase and contacted Samsung service Centre they refused to change the phone and said that only display will be changed but not mobile they also told to change the mobile but now refusing the same. Job sheet no is 4225581098 . kindly look into the matter and provide solution at the earliest. I will be highly obliged.
