My stuff, thag includes a trunk, a bag and a suitcase was taken from Kailash hostel, IIT Delhi on 9th Dec, 2016. It has been almost 20 days it has not yet reached Sawanthwadi, Maharashtra.
Your agent is not answering the phone and is not giving any tracking id.
