RTO SILVASSA WHICH IS LOCATED AT ATHAL TRANSPORT BHAVAN, rto officer chouhan is corrupted officer, i have all document correct of registration of my scooter, i have every document which is registration form fully legal fulfilled, invoice of purchase, insurance of scooter, chassis no which is scratched by pencil, all legal document, address proof, residence address proof i have every thing which required under the legal act…
rto officer told me meet outside person they told you how to register. then i meet person which called dalal (agent), he take 500rs from me and after that rto office chouhan sign on my vechical registration form and money debited from my atm card and take 500 case as a commission.
