Dear Sir, I bought a new classic 350 bike from Electronic City Royal Enfield in Apr 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 9000 km. On 23rd Aug 2017 i gave my bike for service in Electronic city motors, Hosur road, Bangalore.I got a call from service centre that i have to change my sprocket because its 10 teeths are broken.. I bought this bike for Rs 1, 55, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is KA-52 ES 8328.
