Complaint Details:
I’ve bee trying to send messages from my reliance sim (08801891808) which is being failed constantly
i even tried to contact customer care, when call it reads “this is not a valid number”
I even activated sms pack still there is no use
im even unable to port this sim to other network as i recently ported it to reliance
im in a urgent need/ requirement for the usage of sms
I’m literally getting frustrated n fed up with your service
please provide a valid solution as soon as you can
