Scam or fraud: Reliance Communications — 4G SIM not taken from service provider but charged has been made

Complaint Details:
Dear Sir,
I am your POSTPAID data card customer for the past 6 years with proper bills repayment.
Card No: 9360063156 & Account No: 5000005958620.
Without my knowledge 3G data card has been change to 4G. And bills have been generated based on the 4G scheme.
But I have not purchased your dangle and SIM cards form your service center until now.
Someone, has taken the 4G SIM card and used illegally.
For past one and half month, I am repeated saying to your customer care service I have purchased your dangle and SIM cards form your service center.
I have registered complain to you. Complain no: 251830546 (Operator Name: Arokia Prabu). Till now there is no reply for the above complain.
Then I step in to your Dindidul service center and required about this problem but no solution given.
Then I request to cancel the my data card.
Sir, Money is not a problem for me to pay for the unused bills. My question is HOW COME THE 4G SIM CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. i.e without any of my ID proof.
And I would like to know from which service center my 4G SIM card has been issued.
