Dear Sir,
Due to the demise of our Former CM your bus service was cancelled by Liucky Travels. the travellers had called me and intimated me that sincethe trip is cancelled by them the redbus will refund the entire amount transferred from my credit card. Im a regular customer of redbus and expect redbus to immediately refund the ticket charges of Rs:3250 back to my credit card(Ticket number:TJCY67566552)
