I have place an order on 5/8/17 eco alpine hot and cold bottle order no 1015126475.got message from HS18, parcel is dispatch on 11/8/17 via XpressBees AWB no 1333117070778 and expect delivery within 1 day.No msg /contact about delivery date from HS18.Upto now i didn’t get the parcel and i wonder why it took so long to deliver.If it is not sent, i request HS18 to refund the amount
