Complaint Details:
I have been using tata sky for more than two years now and has been quite satisfied with the customer service department. I have called customer service on saturday to replace of LMV. And technician has changed accordingly. But at the same time he took the Old LMV with him which he has changed. Then I have received the call from Tata Sky and at that time I asked the person that the replaced LMV which i have paid for it, the technician took with him. She told me that the it is company’s policy. Then I talked to the Senior person from the Customer Care office and She told me that she will raise the complaint regarding this issue. Again I received call today in the morning. She was also telling me the same thing that the Part cannot be returned to the customer.
My point is that When I have paid for that part earlier how can they took the part (Old LMV) with them without informing me. This Procedure is as good as buying the Part. Atleast Tata Sky must give discount or buyback on New Part. The Technician didnt show me the new Super LMV that whether it is New or Old. Customer Service guys keep telling that it is company’s procedure…is that so …?
