Scam or fraud: PayTM Mobile Solutions — Recharge not successful (money deducted)

Hello Sir,

I am a user of Paytm.
I recharged for my metro card using this online digital platform(Paytm) for Rs. 300.
They deducted the money from my wallet but no money was credited into my metro card. I am a subscriber of Delhi Metro.

The order ID of the transaction (with Paytm) was 4181300629. They have credited a cashback of Rs. 30 that they were giving as an advantage into my Paytm Wallet but they have not yet recharged my metro card. Even after filing complaints on their online portal two times, they have not replied me yet.

I request you to look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
