Complaint Details:
I tried paying internet bill via Paytm gate way
But transaction got failed, I again tried same thing happened
Now over 2500 rs of my money has been deducted from Paytm
It has been about 18 days since then I’m writing them mails one after the another not quick response what so ever
Worst thing is we can’t even get to talk with customer Care
2.5 k is not a small amount, Paytm must resolve these problems
I hate Paytm now, I will suggest people not to use it
I will not sit quite if they don’t resolve my issue
They reply few days back saying they will get in touch with me in 2 to 3 days
