Complaint Details:
This is worst experience. I have lost my 500 Rupees in this system. I have just send this money to my bank account but not received in bank account and deducted from the wallet. Now in wallet it is showing as failed transaction and refund pending but after 10 days it is not refunded. meanwhile I have complained many times but there is no one to listen. When I called customer care there is no representative. What should I do i didn’t understand. If anyone can help please help me.
