We had booked bus in paytm.com

bus was cancelled by Neeta team, Same was not informed to us
We reached to boarding point which is 8 km from our site which took 200 rs for cab, my elderly parents 55+ age . my mother leg is operated.
We were completely harassed by this situation waited for long time around 3 hrs and no bus appeared on boarding place. we enquired then we came to know bus was cancelled.
Neeta said they tried to call to mobile which was registred to them which is 7738354223

above number is unknown to me
however booking was done from 9049998437. where ticket was delivered.
No information nothing for cancellation.
they had to return from site with another cab to home.
I left my office half day and my payment was cut..
My mother and father both were harassed by this.
I need compensation from their side
How come they can provide anybodies number to bus booking and moreover non of Neeta member was picking phone.
very bad customer support from Paytm, they made e wait for 30 mins on call. after the call was and when I provided them my details of this … 30 mins call waiting after that.they were not transferring call to senior person also.
I need my refund total along with compensation of cab services.
No sorry and assurance needed for my parents harassment in that condition.
