Hi Team,
Regards to Panasonic Eluga Note (Gold).
I had purchased the above mobile on 15th Nov 2016 online from Flipkart and delivered to me dated 17th Nov 2016.
After few days (15 days) I have noticed that the mobile body colour has been spread from the front side border corners which not expecting within few days.
I had communicated regarding this with Flipkart and they have stated that the Flipkart has been given 10 days replacement warranty and same period has been over. You can contact with Panasonic Service Center.
I had visited to Panasonic authorized service center too (Unique Infosystems and Telecom, The Mall, Malad-west) and it was very bad experience.
I have explained to the customer services executive regarding the mobile issue, so he had replied, we never give any warranty on body parts. You can contact to Panasonic Customer Care.
I had contacted Panasonic customer care too and executive has been communicated with authorized services center person. I don’t know about their conversation, what they communicated with each other. After that call has been disconnected by service center person and he has been replied that we have never do anything regarding this issue.
I had called customer care again and now this time I communicated with another executive (pinky). I have explained same and she has given very silly solution stating that “Mam you can use back cover for your mobile”.
Any common man have that commonsense to use back cover and I have already used back cover from day I have purchased the mobile and this not a solution for only 15 days used mobile.
I can understand if my mobile has been used more than 6 to 7 months and same issue I can face but now i am facing this within 15 to 20 days from the date of delivery. Try to understand my concern.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
