Complaint Details:
Dear Sir,
I have taken unfortunately MI Protect insurance from Oneassist while I am purchasing online MI phone from MI site.
I have a logged complaint and handover my mobile on September month end there is no valid response till date except we are processing ASAP.
Even there is no escalation process as well and we have to listen them and wait until they give us mobile.
Even I have requested return my handset for that also they are saying same reason we will process ASAP nothing more than that.
Through this complaint I would like to request is either give correct delivery date or return my mobile ASAP dont timepass with customer mobile like this and torture in the name of claim process for 2+ months.
