Complaint Details:
I am Savita Chourasia from Jabalpur (mp). I own a nissan terrano(diesel model) (MP20CF2433) which was bought from Platinum Nissan jabalpur on 15th October 2015. On 1st September 2017 I sent my car for servicing after driving it about 60, 000 km and after servicing, the front wheel of my car has started making some noise and started vibrating too. I went to the service manager again but he is paying no attention and they are not even able to make out what’s wrong with the car. The management system is really disgusting. They have created total nuisance out there. They are not willing to help their customers in anyway. I hope you’d help me out and look after the mismanagement created by your managers.
