Dear Sir,
I am using DTDC service to send and receive my parcels across in india. I have not receiving any parcel to my doorstep when Parcel is addressed on my name & my firm named ” NEW SANDESH TYPING” Ward No 1, College Road, Shrirampur, Tal : Shrirampur, Dist : Ahmednagar 413709 Maharashtra mo no 9271611455.
Your Shrirampur DTDC Agent not Co -operate us. They Calling Mo No 9527626456 and order to me, to collect parcel from your DTDC office. Recently a Parcel collected from your office. Your Agent said that parcel collecting and delivering is not their duty.
It is quoit necessary to deliver and collect parcel from my address office on
so I request you to take necessary step for deliver and collecte parcel from my above address
