This to bring to your notice that our subscriber no 1192112090 and register mobile no 9323347479 with TataSky for Cable TV, in which our add on is not working since inspection. We have complain many time, which were attained but problem is not rectified hence now we wound like to surrender entire subscription and wound like to get our money back since it is high time
