Complaint Details:
I received just one call around 10 am saying there was a tire puncture. After waiting for 6 hours when no one turned up, i called on the number. The reasoning was:
1) Tire puncture
2) We went to sector 6 whereas, the address clearly mentioned sector 7 alongwith the landmark (and in worst situation there was a contact number which was dailed around 10 am)
3) We forgot to carry the parcel
Top of it when we said we will complaint very confidently the reply was ‘GO AHEAD’ AWESOME ATTITUDE MYNTRA..
Which one of these is true please teach your staff to be honest this will only destroy MYNTRA’s reputation.
