Hello, i have brought an MTS Mblaze net setter. In the beginning i had enough range and sufficent speed. But 1 year later my range got down and my speed has decreased. I recharged my datacard, but i couldnt use it due to the unavailablilty of internet. I raised a complaint. I think they just ignored it. So i thought why should i waste my money. Anyway 1 week before i got a message that they improved the coverage. So i recharged on 7-12-16 night for Rs. 96. It is a one day offer. I plugged my device thought of using it. The condition is worst now. It is not even getting connected. I call for customer assistance and they told me to reset. But still no use. So they filed the complaint and then the next day 8-12-16 they rung me again and told me that my device has some problem. When i took my device to the shop they said that the device is having some problem and if you give 500 more Rs we give you the new data card. What is this? Is this the way an MTS customer must be treated? I lost my 96 ruppee yesterday. Afterall they are asking more money. This is the worst way of dealing. I lost my money. I need a solution immediately. This is too much. Is this is the way you are treating the customer, then I MUST SAY THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS THE WORST WAY OF DEALING THE CUSTOMER.. Thank you…
