Complaint Details:
Im Keerthana. Ordered for two sarees online worth ? 3k in Mirraw webpage using my credit card. Few days later i received a damaged product with very poor quality from Mirraw. Hence I requested for return. And I also cancelled the second saree and informed Mirraw about the issue. They confirmed that they will not send the second saree and to courier back the damaged saree to proceed for refund. Very next day, i received the second saree too. Mirraw has no pick up I spend ?300 to courier back. It has been one and a half month I’m chasing for the refund but yet I have no good news. More over they respond the mail stating that the money will be refunded in 48 hours. Twice I have receiver that response but not the money.
