Complaint Details:
On receiving my car insurance renewal notice, I had sent a cheque for Rs 9929 in favour of IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co Ltd through Canara Bank, Domlur Branch, Bangalore -560071 cheque no 953237 dated 30-8-2017 . The cheque and the renewal notice duly filled, were sent by Professional Couriers on 31-8-2017 to your address ‘ Maruti Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, 1 Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070’. I have been following up with your office and was told even yesterday that the Renewal would be done and the soft and hard copies would be sent to my new address. Today, I am being told by your Bangalore Office Representative that the renewal has not been done. Is this the way you treat your customers and run your office ?This is gross negligence on your part and I won’t take it lightly. It is your duty to make amends and ensure that the renewal is done today itself. Please treat this as most urgent.
