Complaint Details:
I visited your Service Centre at Patel Nagar, New Delhi on 4th June 2018 for repair of my above phone.After checking my phone Mr Jay an Engineer told me that mother Board will be
replaced & it will take 10 to 15 days. I deposited
my phone with them & got a Bill for Rs2850/-
I made an enquiry after 20 days and intimated
me material is waiting. In the 1st week of July they told me material has been received & in
2-3 days phone will be ready. After 15 days I
again made enquiry & told me material is waiting
What is this? I did not understand.I afraid that my
Mobil will be destroyed. You are kindly requested
