Complaint Details:
I had booked a 2 day stay in Semadoha complex on 20th Nov 2016, which I cancelled a few days later. Here’s the booking ID BK33664400019469.
Refund status is showing Not Refunded. It’s 27th Dec today. Well over a month. Refund status hasn’t changed. I sent 2 mails to support@mahaonline.gov.in. No replies to them. I tried calling 022-61316406 so many times I can’t even count. Everytime I heard the message that all our representatives are busy. I am pretty sure there’s no damn representative there. Just this answering machine which is playing same damn message over and over again. I even opened a ticket on http://suvidha.mahaonline.gov.in/. Ticket number is 504266. Even its status is same. No action on that as well.
Is this some kind of a sick joke? Lazy and irresponsible people there are just warming up their seats doing absolutely nothing. This pathetic and shameful. How can I get any kind of resolution if there’s no way to contact them?
