Complaint Details:
Consumer number is 028780009383, Billing Unit is 0311 : Panvel SDN/ Panvel Urban Division.
Bills of September 2016 and November 2016 shows meter number is different, bill for the month October 2016 not received and meter is faulty.
I want the company to replace the faulty meter and revise the bills on actual basis as Flat is locked out.
Bills of September and November are already paid.
If excess amount is paid please adjust the amount in the upcoming month bill
