Hi,
This is regarding the leakage issue with my LG double door refrigerator 308 ltr for which I have been registering complaints since past 2 months
Finally on 12th August decision was made to replace the fridge after several discussions with the Technicians and other senior members.Having said that it’s been more than 20 days and I am still awaiting for the replacement.
I have been calling up customer care as well as the officers responsible in the Indore region to know the status but unfortunately only to hear that I would be getting call shortly with the update around the dates when my fridge would be replaced.
Below are the contact persons from Indore region whom I have been trying to chase since past 15 days but I am not getting any proper response and nor any dates when it would be replaced.
