Complaint Details:
I gave my phone(Lenovo ZUK2 plus) for repair at B2X Flagship service centre in Jayanagar Bangalore on 3rd December. (RMA# SOIN0540511612030002).
At the time of giving the phone to the service center, they told me that it will be serviced within 7 days. Till now they haven’t provided any feedback on the repair. Since 2 weeks I m calling them and even today they still have no idea how many more days it will take. Saddest part is that the phone is in service center more days than with me.
This is very bad service support provided by Lenovo team and I am already informing all my relatives and friends to never buy lenovo product. This will be definitely shared in all the social media networks.
